It took me almost 4 years to turn from someone who could BARELY focus at all and do productive work for more than 5 minutes into something approximating a "productivity machine" by now.
These behaviors and supplements helped me a lot. They allowed me to get shit done for the first time in my life, and have enabled me to build my productivity and focus skill.
